horsens - On Saturday the Horsens jazzklub Jazzhors is again serving swing music for lunch.
The club has joined forces with Jørgensens Hotel. Riverside City Jazz Band will be playing there from 12:00 o'clock.
There will be traditional jazz in dixieland style with inspiration from among others Louis Armstrong And His all Stars.
Riverside City Band, which is based in Odense, was founded in the autumn of 1978. This means members, who are mature musicians with many years of experience: Erland Larsen (soprano and alto sax), Per Andersson (drums), Freddie Bang (trombone and singer), Jens Petersen (piano), Ole Kirk (trumpet) and Claus Clausen (contrabas).
Throughout the years the six have played with a number of danish and foreign soloists, and beside Scandinavia they have toured in Germany, France and England, and their discography consists of several CD's.
Jørgensens Hotel will be prepared to serve sandwiches; if one wishes to have something to eat, one should make a booking at 22 33 00 42.
